 Lower unit/ clutch help please.

Post Lower unit/ clutch help please.
I have a 2006 32 PD woth around 400 hrs. When running I notice some banging like pots and pans coming from either LU or clutch. I have the gen 2 LU, No metal in LU oil whatsoever. How do I diagnose, need to fix ASAP.
