I think I know what the problem is, just wanted to check in here first. I have a 2010 prodrive 1854 with a stock 36. Only mod is stainless exhaust. right now the fastest I can run is 20 mph with 2 guys and light load at 4300 rpms. I measured my prop at 11 3/4 so I know I need a new prop. Will that be a significant gain in speed? I was expecting 25 with a light load. I am getting the rpms but not getting the speed. Thanks in advance. |

Did your RPMS increase since wearing your prop? I burnt the heck out of a prop a year ago and ran like 4400 RPMs to ever get 18-20 mph so yeah that’s definitely a possibility. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro |

we bought the boat like that. I know it needs a new prop but I didn’t know how much gain I would see. hoping to at least run 25 with a light load |

Get a new prop. That prop is pretty much toast |

A new prop will make a huge difference in your life. Get it balanced and it will make even more of a difference |
