So when running the motor trims up and down fine,
When stopped and try to trim down it gets stuck and i have to play with switch a while.
Is this the trim motor or the switch and is it easy to fix one or the other?

How’s your battery? My first thought that’s easier to test than popping apart electrical: when you’re running, your engine is charging your electrical system and can provide enough amps to move your trim, but when you stop, you may not have a battery that is holding charge enough to move it.
