Pro Drive will not trim up, help please

 Pro Drive will not trim up, help please 2018 37 EFI motor trims down only. solenoids are clicking. it has done this once before cleaned the connections and it worked. Not this time, just finished cleaning them and no change. If anyone can help that would be grateful.
Or explain how to get it up manually.

Re: Pro Drive will not trim up, help please Could be a bad switch.
Take the wires and swap them around on the pump. If it trims up, but not down, then its the switch.
