 Push Pole
What is the best aluminum push pole and does anybody have a picture of the push pole that pro drive makes?

I went with the cheap way out and just got the foot from bass pro...it is not that strong but it works ok...then got conduit, i think it is 1.5 inch and bolted the foot to it. It cost me around $20 total and is strong enough to pry against stuff. And hell, if something happens to it its only $20. It is heavy but if you got balls it shouldnt be a problem

http://www.richmarsports.comThis guy makes the original Herter's pusl pole heads. Just bought 2 from him to replace the one I broke, AFTER 18 YEARS! Best thing I have ever used in the mud. Mounted on a 12' aluminum pole I got from Go-Devil. Ya need to grind the inside a LITTLE bit to fit on a 1 1/8" pole. He also makes an assortmant of complete poles.

Here is a push we make. 1" sch40 6061 aluminum with a casted head. a one pc. 10' push pole is $100 and a 2pc 10' is $125

is 5' long enough to use as a spud pole? i guess it would depend on depth of water...duh....I was thinkin a 2 piece with 7' sections would work for both spud and push.
