 Hunt deck?
I have wondered what are the advantages of having a huntdeck on a boat? just ant figured it out!

it completely stops the backwash from comming into the hull when ur in reverse in some really bad shit. or atleast thats what i picked up somewhere.

If you run a boat with flotation you have more clear, usable space inside the boat because your rear flotation is concentrated in the hunt deck.

I have the hunt deck on my rig and as mentioned above the backwash from being in reverse reduces the mud and water slung into the boat you can still have mud and water splash up and over but its minimal. Also, I do a lot of wade fishing and its nice to have a step to get into the boat... My dog uses it as an entry point when I take her hunting etc. I too have flotation in my hunt deck as well as the bow and two rear pods that I sit on while driving.

Kicks the motor back 20" inches too. More room for people or gear in the boat. W/out having to deal with handle hitting em.
