Get you a fish tape. Feed the fish tape thru the rib, attach wire to the fish tape, and pull it back thru. It can be done with one person, but a second set of hands definately helps. |

another way that is a little easier, get some 3/4 in conduit. protects the wires but it is still very accessable if you need to add any later or rewire. You can run the conduit right next to the rib under the cross braces. Just an Idea. If not your gonna need the fish tape. |

X2 on the fish tape. See my link in my signature. I had to wire my KC lights from the front to back along the side. Fish tape was my only savior. |

If you run conduit, put some pieces of weedeater string in there. One or two. Leave them a little long. That way if you add on stuff later you can just tape the new wire and pull it right through. Saw this on a new bay boat and thought it was brilliant. |

Or run some 14-7 wire used on goosenecks with trailer brakes. I have used it in two off boats and that's the ticket. |

Or if you dont have a fish tape, get some saran wrap, ball it up to where it will fit down the longitudinal. Attach some fishing line and put the saran wrap inside the longitudinal. Get an air hose and blow it till it gets to the other side. Works well. Later |
