 Push pole???
Anyone know where I can get a good pushpins at? The ones on cabelas don't look all that strong

http://www.thesuperstick.com/thing is strong as ever, and doesnt give on you when telescoped out. plus you can use it as a gig too!

If you really need one, you will need a good pole. I have had 2 different telescopic poles and they don't compare to the GoDevil type pole I have now. Light weight and you can put your back into it and not worry about it forking up. Nothing like pushing off with one of the expandables only to look back and see that the lower section decided to stay behind, stuck in the mud.......

I got a peice of thick wall pvc with a hook screwed on the end of it. About 9 bucks at Lowes.
