There's a guy in Mitchell, South Dakota that does it pretty cheap. Where are you located?

Don't know of anyone over there but if you want to travel there are plenty of places in S LA. Are you set on a galvanized finish? I hand rolled on Grizzly Grip on my trailer 3 years. I am constantly climbing in and out of the boat on the trailer you won't find any sign of wear. It is paintable too and I haven't even scuffed the paint off where I step. Pretty tough stuff. Shoot a good coat of primer and then roll/brush this stuff on yourself and save some dough.

I would stay away from westside we used to have lots of stuff galvanized from them weekly offshore skids and their workmanship was poor. I had a trailer galvinized and ended up having to spray over half of it with cold galv spray. Will never bring anything back to them. St Mary is better.

I found a place today in Jackson, MS that said they would do it for $40 per 100lbs. Does that sound right?

i would think that is a good price your trailer weighs what like 200 or 300 pounds so thats like 120 bucks to keep it from rusting to hell like mine is starting to do from hunt the marshes down here

Post Re: place to get a trailer galvanized
I was in the galvanizing business about 5 years ago. $38.00 per 100# was the going rate then for misc stuff but we did a $300 minimum for boat trailers.

If you don't know how to prep your trailer make sure to ask before you bring it. It needs vent and drain holes, clean welds and maybe to have all the paint (including paint markers) removed.
