I run a 16/44 GD boat with a 35 GDSD,I am having problems with the boat riding low in the stern,and only running 23 mph in the deep,and 25 in the shallows. I done cut all the flotation out of it,and installed a 9 gallon fuel tank in the bow,but it still rides low. My prop is a lil worn but I do have a new one that im gonna put on for hunting season,its not worn bad enough to affect the performance,as I think it is the hull personally,but I may be wrong about it. An Suggestions, other than get a new boat,would. Be appreciated.

I had the exact boat and installed wedges. Some boats may not respond well to them, but that one does. I've seen several other folks on here with the same boat install them also, and they worked well.

Prop is the most overlooked problem on a MM....

The 3 blade starts out with 3 1/2" wide blades and at under 3 1/4"
it still looks great but has lost most of it's cup and power....

I have a brand new one if you want to test it - just PM me - I'll be out
preppin blinds and playin saturday....

What rpms are you getting at WOT ?

Maybe the rev limiter needs adjustment - I set mine to 4100 out of water
and run over 30 when I hit 3900 in the water at WOT.... It only takes 5
minutes to reset that lil screw on the back under the muffler to adjust it...

X2 on the prop. I'm runnin 30+ solo, 28-30 with 2 ppl, & 26-28 with 3 ppl. Something's off somewhere.
