 Re: Maiden Voyage
I bought the material and had the hull crimped. Then a friend of mine finish the hull.
18'x48" double crimp sides. 4' front deck with flush hatch 19 gallon alum tank in front. Other than that the hull is totally open like i like.
and of course Pushed by the GTR with Lil Daddy customs and a bored out exhaust!

 Re: Maiden Voyage
You can put a 2x12 on the bracket and you got yourself a removable bench.

 Re: Maiden Voyage
please excuse my ignorance... but why would you want a bench all the way in the back where the driver stands, and another bench all the way in the front with your toes touching the gas tank? I would think you would want one in the middle?

 Re: Maiden Voyage
ok... so I understand you got to sit down when you drive when you have a gatortail and you go fast. wouldn't the bench going across get in the way? just asking out of curiosity.

 Re: Maiden Voyage
I promise... this time I'm just asking questions, not trying to be a nuisance. I couldn't stand having a bench across the back, and was wondering why he would. that's all.

Yeah i would say the bench will get in the way when the board is in place and you want to stand up,
Hence "the removable bench"
