MY QUESTIONS IS WILL HYDRO-TURF WORK GOING RIGHT ON TOP OF THE NON-SKID? I DON'T THINK THERE WOULD BE ANT PROBLEMS BUT THOUGHT I WOULD ASK IF ANYONE HAS COME ACROSS THIS. THANKS FOR THE HELP!

 Re: WILL HYDRO-TURF STICK?
It will stick just fine if you use conact cement.

 Re: WILL HYDRO-TURF STICK?
GaugeTheDuckDog did his hydroturf himself he found that he had to put the cement down and on the back of the hydroturf before laying it down to adhere it. Also he mentioned to me that he let it sit and start to set before placing it down. Shoot him a PM he can probably give you helpful advice.

 Re: WILL HYDRO-TURF STICK?
If you read da directions on da contact cement, it will tell you to apply generously to both surfaces and allow to dry enough to where it become tacky before layin it down.

 Re: WILL HYDRO-TURF STICK?
Thanks for the info. I've put it down before It's not bad to fool with. I was just concerned about it adhering to the raised non-skid? Guess it just needs to be pressed down with a little more force.

 Re: WILL HYDRO-TURF STICK?
i used contact cement to put some formica countertops on, and the guy helping me showed me this.
after the cement on the floor is ready to stick the turf on, take some string and lay it from one side to the other in an 's' shape all the way back as if you were squirting glue on it. then when you put the turf on, it wont touch the floor. after you get it all lined up, pull the string and then use something heavy to press it down.
