Can you re-skin a boat or is it a total loss after 2 seasons cuz I beat the poopy out of mine in 25 hrs! I'm always in flooded timber and I've lost 4 mph since I bought it. And if I knock a hole in it can it be repaired.
I know you want it to flex and was thinking it may make it to rigid

build your next boat out of 3/16ths or 1/4.

Im not really sure what you mean by "re-skin"

You can do it but you are goin got notice a big differance in weight.

If you are lookignto just get it close to smooth fill in the gaps and add teflon/UHMW and roll with it.

If you want to look at mine let me know

I think your best best would be to flip the hull over and buy a bunch of filler from fasco epoxies and float out the bottom of the hull the best you can, and then glue on a 1/8th or 1/4 teflon bottom. I think glueing it on would be the best option, because I dont know how that epoxy filler would hold up to all the screws would be need to fasten the teflon to the hull.
