Warning, picture heavy! lol

Ok, waited a while before deciding to post this, but figured I'm close enough to being done with it, so here goes......

Ordered some trays and had the welded in......

Then took every out of the boat, pulled the motor and slide it off the trailer, then flipped it over and started sanding! Ground the botton with a 40 grit flap wheel for steel flex. Decided to do the roe as well as it needed some TLC after several years of abuse!

During the sanding found this lil oops, it was on the bottom of the bow hook so never saw it before hand......

Took it to Andy and got her fixed up......

Taped off the areas for the steel flex......

Then mixed a full gallon and poured it on both hulls, and spread with foam rollers......

Once the steel flex had cured, shot AG primer over all the bare aluminum......

Then srayed the base coat on both hulls and the gun box......

Then start with the stenciles......

After I was finished with the outside and it had cured good, got some friends over to help me flip it back over, got it set up, I started on the inside with sanding and more primer......

Then back to the steciles, it's a beach trying to do this by yourself with a 20 mph wind blowing.....

After the inside paint had cured, ran all my wires back, and hooked up all the switchs and such, the cranked it back on the trailer and hung the motor back on......

Ordered hydro turf for the floor and got that put down, again, no easy task by yourself......

Still have to get my numbers painted on as well as new stickers, weather has turned off cold again, so no painting! And I'll hydro turf the front deck at a later time, my boats been down for like two months now, and I'm ready to get it back on the water!!!!
