 Question on GEAUX customs I have a 1542 geaux on order thru mudd and wondering if any of you guys have any experience with this manufacturer. The boat is double tapered, 21 inch sides, no flotation. I can hardly wait to see it.

I didn't ask if I bought the right or good boat. I asked if anyone had any experience with them. The boat is bought because they were the ones that would get me what I wanted at the price I would pay.

Re: Question on GEAUX customs I heard they've made some improvements since the days when I dealt with them... lawd knows they needed some help when I got mine. I got a 20x36 and liked it. Felt like it was a miracle it came out like I wanted it to... what kind of motor are you putting on it?

Re: Question on GEAUX customs Mine has served me well for the most part. One thing I can defiantly say is its fast! After I put the 35 on it, I developed a couple of cracks where the transom tapers, but it just needs some bracing.
