 ? on adding a winch and light kit to War Eagle Boat

Post ? on adding a winch and light kit to War Eagle Boat
Has anyone added a winch to the front of a Mod. V war eagle boat? How did you mount it onto the boat. I am also looking to add docking lights to the front. Any unique ideas on easy ways to do this as well?

Winch is mounted on a stinger so it's not always exposed to the elements. Lights stay there. Boat was a 1548 G3 Semi-V.
