 go devil flotation removal
I'm in the process of buying a used 1644 go devil. The boats a 2001, based on some of the discussion i've read I'm assuming the flotation is "waterlogged". Has anyone removed the flotation personally that can give me some direction? Is there a way to check the condition of the flotation to see if it needs to be replaced? Any information would be much appreciated.

The floor is simple, just drill out the rivets & remove it, the front deck & rear pods have to be cut on to remove the flotation. PM Robn1020 about it, he had his redone a couple years ago.

 Re: go devil flotation removal
When u pull the floor up it will probably be painfully obvious that its water and fuel logged. I took a 2x6 and beat the strips out. Be careful its hot and you will need plenty of beer and or water. this is at least what i encountered
