I'm in the process of buying a used 1644 go devil. The boats a 2001, based on some of the discussion i've read I'm assuming the flotation is "waterlogged". Has anyone removed the flotation personally that can give me some direction? Is there a way to check the condition of the flotation to see if it needs to be replaced? Any information would be much appreciated. |

The floor is simple, just drill out the rivets & remove it, the front deck & rear pods have to be cut on to remove the flotation. PM Robn1020 about it, he had his redone a couple years ago. |

When u pull the floor up it will probably be painfully obvious that its water and fuel logged. I took a 2x6 and beat the strips out. Be careful its hot and you will need plenty of beer and or water. this is at least what i encountered |
