Not sure if this is the proper forum, but I'm sure MS will move it if not.

ANYWHO! I know Hydro-Turf is the cat's meow in these mudmotor thang-a-ma-bobs we run, but I've gots me another question.

The carpet on the 'ol Fish Slyr aka the Crappie Toon is in need of some new carpet. I thought rather than putting marine carpet back on it, I mights go with some Hydro-Turf. Curious if anyone has put the turf over plywood and had any problems with is sticking to the plywood. :?: I was thinking of putting that role on Line-X type stuff over the plywood, but that would be slick as owl sheet. Then it hit me! HYDRO-TURF this fool.

Yeah, Kookie we know you are a phag! No need to ninja up the thread.

I don't know why it wouldn't hold if you get a good clean surface on the wood.

can't help on the hydro turf, but I did try the line x stuff on wood one time. It wasn't worth a crap after about a month.

Just glue it to your feet.
Diamond side towards foot.

then you'll have it in all your shoes and even if you go barefoot.

Better than Crocs.

My two cents....I put some hydroturf on some plywood on my old boat, glue seemed to stick pretty good, but I just went ahead and used a staple gun and stapled the whole thing down too, mainly around the edges....
