i've been doing some work on the skiff, 18' 54" built in 1979, built like a tank. when i first picked it up it was painted gray,and had a console for remote steering. took the consloe top off and left the lower part.


added headlights and mounted a gps

then painted the hull,

had the transom cut down so my long tail would run right. dont have pics loaded up of the transom.
so far i've been very happy with it. for an older boat its in pretty good shape.
