Need help... Is this a good deal... 08 - 35 Hp gator tail Surface drive without reverse on a 05 - 17 by 64 beaver tail boat dual gun boxes front deck and storage box two spots for slip in seats gigging lights push pole Brand new minkota trolling motor and brand new fisher beaver tail duck blind on 08 aluminum trailer Sale for $9,500 I do plan on adding reverse so that would add another 1200 or so bucks. Is this rig worth $10,700??? |

At that price - why not buy new with bank financing and get a warranty Test drive - test drive - test drive and buy what you REALLY LIKE. Never drove a Beavertail - but I would not want pods - I would buy a longer boat - they suck when you have to push a boat backwards out of a mistake and will take away half of the reverse power if you add it to the GT - and I read some negative comments by the savvy guys about their frame system. GT without reverse - may as well be a MB - oops did I say that out loud |

Nope. Boat new in 05 was around 4k and I'm sure the bottom looks like a washboard if it was used like a MM hull would normally be used. |
