Post LED Running lights....
Im looking for some LED running lights. I have 2 hard hat lights, HID hand held spot light, countless hand helds from 1 mil to 5 mil, SO got all those covered. Dont want the golight, need more flood light.

I know Excel has the new "5800" led set up, plus and up to the "9000" but I do not want that light bar. I do not cheat on Go-Devil.......he he

I want 5"x5" LED's lights above 2000 lumens for a resonable price. Who runs LED's besides the Excel guys and where do you get them? Thanks

I look into a 27 watt flood LED.
@ bowfishingcountry you find many threads about LED flood.

I run (6) 400 watt high pressure sodiums on my bowfishing setup. 2 bad that I dont leave it on for duck season.....which EACH light throws about 51,000 lumens!

Boys over on Bowfishing hooked me up on converting my lights my lights to HID FOR $40.......AMAZING!

Does everybody just use the poor excuse of lights on the boats that come on it? Hand helds are good but freeze your hands for us northern boys. Hard hat lights are great but more crapp that you have to carry. Seems like anything that is not attached to the boat during duck season gets stepped on, muddy, broke, watter logged, pizz'd on by dog or lost. just trying to eliminate a factor.....

LEDs have to come from China to be reasonable priced, but then shipping cost get you...

I have purchased all my lights from Larson Electronics in Kemp, TX. They are not cheap but are damn good quality.

Those are really nice lights!

I ended up buying 2 LED's that were 2000 Lumens a piece. Ran them in the river this morning and seen a HUGE difference from the old GD light. Lights up things close to about 30 yrds on open water. Now, I need a spot on the front to shine down the river.

Im going to covert cheap Hella lights to HID lights. Just ordered all the parts today......cant wait to see what they can do. Ill post up when I start the project.
