It doesn't add much weight. Got it on mine. It's cooler than bare aluminum but it'll still get warm. Go with hydro-turf. After season I' scrapping it off floor, deck, huntdeck, and lid compartments

I spray it my self and it weights about 36 pounds which is the weight of six galions of what it took to spray.

Yes its cool enough for bare feet in da summer time. Works well. Mines been on fer 2 seasons of duck'n an it aint best up bad at all. Couple wear spots were da beavertail blind arms set.

36 pounds doesn't seem like a lot, but stuff adds up fast. I can not see it being a better choice than Hydroturf.

I was going to have line-x sprayed inside my 1648 when I bought it until the guy told me it would add 150 lbs plus 800 bucks to do it. . SEM makes a spray on liner kit that you can tint to any color. I sprayed the floors on my boat and it's holding up really good. I sprayed truck beds for 3 years and SOME of the do it yourself kits are just as good if you prep the surface right.

greg f,

Just go with Hydroturf. Lighter, cheaper and more functional than bedliner. And trust me. I am in the bedliner business, too.

Thank me later.

I had the super liner put on my boat when I ordered it. It peels off easy and adds unwanted weight. I wouldn't put it on another one . Would much rather have hydroturf.
