If ya going with duals I would go 72". I have a 72" bottom and it is Super stable for bowfishing even with 4 guys all rushing to one side of the boat to get a shot. After some mods to my little 29GTR I can run 25 with 3 people.

For a pure bow fishing rig go with the 72. I have the 60 and it's fine but the boat will rock when everybody is jumping around.

Terry if it is 72 bottom make it 72 in the stern, mid section & in the bow maximize your deck space.

if you have the coin I would say 72... but you can fish plenty of people on a smaller boat also... my current rig is a 18 x 52 with a 9ft flush deck for fishing with a large hatch door... its perfect for 4 guys fishing but we can fish 6 no problem... you wouldn't be able to fish in some places like we do with a 72in boat but for lake fishing I would go with a 72 and a fan troller...

i have been thinkin of building a very similar boat. How much performance difference would there be between 60" and 72" on a 20' boat? i dont run in pure mud hardly ever. Sure the water gets skinny ever now and then but I would be more concerned with speed in open water
