I have seen some nasty ones on fat chicks handing out in the parking lot at the local Casey's!
Big enough to swallow the little kids that are always hanging behind.

have any of you experienced small stress cracks in your boats? i'm finding some here and there, i'm not hard on my boat but i'm just wondering if i have a major problem.... mainly on the side of the bow where in the rake area |

I do not have any,but I know a few people have found some in thier boats. My uncle just got through cleaning his 16x48 Alumafab hull(Rockwell) and could not find any cracks at all.That hull has had a 24 and 35 longtail on it and a 35 GTR.Ten years of abuse and still rolling strong. |

I don't have any cracks on my rig but my brother law has a aluminum bass tracker w/ 40hp outboard and he got a crack that had to be re-welded and it doesn’t even have the take the abuse I but my boat through. |

A guy i work with had a southfork that he bought from gatortail. The boat had a semi-V, and it cracked in the middle of the V. He had it rewelded numerous times and finally the factory took it back from him. Im not sure if they gave him a new one or not. |
