 Where to buy boat paint on north shore? Anyone know where I might be able to find Duralux or something similar on the North Shore (Louisiana)?
Yes, I've used the search. I know I can order on line, but looking to paint this weekend as I have some unexpected free time.
If not, is there anything from Home Depot or Lowes that would an acceptable alternative (I know the answer is probably no).
It's just for an old bateau, so it doesn't have to be perfect.

Where to buy boat paint on north shore? I'm not sure about the north shore, but i know Hebert Marine (985-851-2095) and Terrebonne Trawl (866-974-9517) in Houma both carry Duralux, and either one could probably ship to your door by the weekend if they have the color you need in stock.

Re: Where to buy boat paint on north shore? I dont know of anyone that stocks it, but pretty much all boat dealers buy from the same wholesalers, which most all carry duralux. So I'd call St Tammany Marine, Nunmaker, Bent's, or Martin's Marine. I'm sure one of them would order it for you and be able to get it in 1 day (or when ever they get their deliveries).
However if you want paint that is better than duralux, I'd drive a 1/2 hour down I-12 to Springfield and get some paint from Gator Trax.

Are you talking about military highway ( also known as hwy 21) that goes to the right at the end of 190 by downtown Covington?
