About 100 positive reviews here, and one negative from some guy that got pissed at the owner cause he wanted to become a dealer, and hadn't received a return call yet.

Never did see how that turned out.

I did the search and sounds like great stuff . But does anyone know if you will also get a little more speed because of less friction ?

The speed increase would vary from boat to boat depending on weight, hull displacement and horse power. A good way to measure would be a before and after at a typical cruising speed not necessarily full speed. If a boat is over powered it would be hard to increase speed in open water the test would have to be in heavy cover like hyacinth or lilies, there you'll see a huge advantage and increase in speed.
