OK now dat da season is over it is time to get a new boat for my 35GTR. I want 18' x 54" poited bateu w/ center console, cat walks, tapered transom, and false bottom w/ 4" gutters. My question is what boat builders in south La. do yall recomend. Chales Leonard and Tugar are out because of past experiences. |

Casey St. Romain. Southern Fab in Morgan City. He is at Ivy's Tackle box. Builds nice boats. I have a Charles Leonard skiff my second. He builds great boats but slowwww. Right now is not a good time to have a boat built. Most builders are working OT getting skiffs out for crawfish season. |

I know a guy real well out of LaRonger LA that builds him. He isn't too popular in the MM world b/c he builds mostly big shrimpin skiff's. Lemme know if ya interested. He has built a few of my friends boats and they came out great |
