 20" transom work
So I bought a boat with 20" sides and transom but when I got it, the transom had already been cut to 18". My copperhead will not even begin to push that boat because of the angle of the prop in the water. Now I am considering getting my transom cutdown to 15.5 or 16", not by me but someone that knows what they are doing. Is this a good idea, both structurally and safety?
