worth every nickel, less wear on your boat, motor and back, it'll pay for it self

Post subject:  Re: Gator glide question

$220 after shipping the hell with that and after a while have to re due it. I'll stick with $100 frog spit works and last just as good.

For the people that have done it to ribbed bottom boats, have you noticed a big improvement in sliding over grass and stuff?

I would like to have it on mine so I can slip off the trailer and over beaver dams easier.

I know nothing about this stuff, i know cootslayerRMFT has it on his boat and its slick as owl shit. So i checked out the website and saw there is a G2 and G4, what's the difference, is one better than the other? I also saw the gator base primer, do I need to put that on the bottom before adding the gator glide or can I just put the gator glide directly on the bottom of the boat?

You don't need the base coat, but it will add the the durability. Below are two links to when I applied mine and 8 months later of hard use....

how long does it take to setup or dry

About 15 minutes in between coats and then the longer u let it sit before u hit the water the better. 24 hours should be good.

Does anyone know of a dealer who puts the stuff on for customers?

Post subject:  Re: Gator glide question

I hit the bank this morning doing about ten mph ,gator glide made sure I slide ten feet into the marsh. Don't unhook the trailer winch until the boat is in the water.
