here is the deal, i popped the rivets out of the floor of my boat to get down and replace the foam. I bought some hydro turf to do the floor with. how did you guys do your hydro turf? glue the hydro turf over the rivets? I was thinking about getting a hole saw and cutting the hydro turf out to the floor and then putting the rivet in. Or should i put the rivet in through the hydro turf and the floor.

i am worried if i cover the rivets with the hydro turf i wont be able to replace them as the pop out.

Any ideas would be great.

Rivet it down or use self tapers and grind the heads down, lay your turf and worry about the rivets later.
