| Post subject: | hydro turf and rivets? help |
here is the deal, i popped the rivets out of the floor of my boat to get down and replace the foam. I bought some hydro turf to do the floor with. how did you guys do your hydro turf? glue the hydro turf over the rivets? I was thinking about getting a hole saw and cutting the hydro turf out to the floor and then putting the rivet in. Or should i put the rivet in through the hydro turf and the floor. i am worried if i cover the rivets with the hydro turf i wont be able to replace them as the pop out. Any ideas would be great. |

Rivet it down or use self tapers and grind the heads down, lay your turf and worry about the rivets later. |
