Yes. The seat is bolted down.

The other bracket is the grab bar mount. I'm not real crazy about where it is, but with the bat in it it's sturdy. I think I may get it modified since I got the 25.

Just got back from the first real run. Pretty windy today but an awesome day for a ride.
The 25 really is nice.

26.5 mph in deep water. Me, wife, and icechest full.

Nice job. How long did it take you to paint? You must have an Iphone, you have to hold the phone with the volume button on the lower left for them to post right. You would think apple would be smart enough to have it on top like a normal camera.
