Connects to the on/off batt, rear Nav light and power to the panel. Drilled it past my 45 degree cross brace. Insures structural integrity of the member. Front shark eyes wired via stringers. Used black 5200 for base of bildge and tucked it 4" stb transom Zero wires visible. Gas tank is another issue. I went with a 12 gallon. SOB lasts forever. Good luck !!
