I want to build a 10' aluminum boat with the following conditions

1. .125 bottom, 16" sides
2. 40" wide but does not flare out. Need to run tight timber back woods
3. Semi pointed bow
4. maybe 2 stingers
5. open 100%
6. must weigh less than 200#
7. handle 12hp SD
8. easy one man rowing

Building it for 1-2 guys may consider 12'. My budget is $ 1,200-$ 1,500. Does this boat exist. Is this a realistic budget ?

Thanks for all the PM's. Decided to purchase a new 13' Gheenoe. Found them for $900 in Florida.
