 Does this Boat Make me Look Fat?? LOL!!
With the help of bbarras, we weighed my barge with a load cell, tonight. WOW! I knew this thing was an anchor...just didn't realize how much until now!
Boat, motor, two batteries, trolling motor, 16 gallons of fuel, stereo and standard boat gear...small tool box, fire extinguisher, two PFD's, throwable, fishing seat and pedestal, flare kit.
Drum roll, please.....1,380 pounds! Add me and some fishing gear and ice chest, I'm over 1,600 pounds total weight for a light load!
I may ought to rethink my design a little bit....or start looking for an outboard!

Re: Does this Boat Make me Look Fat?? No trailer. Rigged the boat with a couple slings and an overhead crane. Put a load cell between crane hook and slings and lifted it up off the trailer.
