Post Cordura fabric
Does anyone have a good way that they attach grass mats or other types of vegetation to cordura fabric? My new blind is mossy oak shadow grass fabric but I would like to get some grass on top for a better 3D look.

The problem will be finding a way to do it that doesn't damage the fibers and cause the material to fray. You could use a hot glue gun, but I doubt that would hold up too well. Could heat up an ice pick or a nail with a torch and poke holes in the material (that way it wouldn't fray) and then use zip ties. Or you could get an upholstery needle (big needle, available at Hobby Lobby or fabric store) and run a loop of string (braided fishing line would be good) and tie stuff on.

Use forehead as backing then zip tip tie green garden fencing to the frame over the top of cordura then zip tie grass on. Otherwise use a hole punch to make holes to run zip ties through and attach grass perfect holes are better than slits cause they won't continue to rip. Or you can heat up a screwdriver and punch a hole through and it will seal up the edges so it won't continue to rip. There are many ways to skin a cat just use your noodle

I was hoping for a miracle glue but that ain't gonna happen. I don't have a frame to attach it to because it is a pull across low profile with holes cut in it for people. I guess I'll just have to poke holes but was hoping to not have to because it is somewhat expensive fabric that I don't want tearing and replacing every couple years.

Grommet repair kit. Most permanent solution tbh. Get stainless if u can and spray paint brown when done.

Sewn loops. Look for an awning shop, a sail maker or a boat canvas shop. They all have the equipment to do it.

Thanks y'all. I think I am just going to have loops sewed in. Seems the most logical long lasting thing to do.
