latest boat i just finished up a couple weeks ago. 1754 with a 35 gtr and a shaggy blind.

have to look close but there is a small plate welded where it meets the panel, I drill a hole and tap the panel and use a bolt to hold it in and keep it from rotating.

not sure didnt ever weigh it but i would guess just hull would be around 500 lbs
