Do y'all run these with gatortails? Like the canisters you can buy from walmart. What size fuel line is required?

Anyone ever ran tubing to the front of the boat for a gas line?

A hard line? I've never heard of anyone doing that.

it would last forever, wouldnt have to worry about changing a long section of hose, just the part in the back going to the motor.

I agree. Holds up just fine in cars, long as it isn't able to rub against anything.

might try it out, just have to figure out how to secure it to the boat.

You can protect it by running it in 1/2" PVC electrical conduit. It fits in perfectly. I use it to protect it from the sun.

I've been running a separator on two motors now with no problem. Change the canister once a year.

I always wanted to run a hard fuel line in my rig, but the floor is welded down. ( to much unnecessary work).

I did hard pipe the motor though! lol

The biggest reason I had for doing this was do to the large air pocket on the large water sep and the way briggs ran their fuel line caused engine surges and vapor lock.

This killed 2 birds with on stone.

Typically would have a hose running to carb but removed it and put a filter on instead
