Hey yall, I am going to be selling my 9hp longtail to a buddy of mine. He wants to use it mainly to get into spots, not to actually hunt out of. He generally hunts alone with his dog, maybe another person and not much gear at all.
He is looking for the cheapest jon boat option so I figured i'd see what yall thought about a 12' jon boat. Would that be big enough to hold that weight, just to get out in the swamp to spots ?

Go to academy and buy one of them little 10-12' boats. Thats would be good enough for what u need.
