 Who drives right handed ?? I am new to SD motors but why are all SD setups all made to use your left hand to steer? I've never ran one but is there any particular reason for this or just preference?

Re: Who drives right handed ?? I always wondered the same. I am fresh off a shoulder surgery on my left side but I'll be damned if it's gonna stop me from driving my new motor when it gets here.

Re: Who drives right handed ?? I fucked up my hand nasty changing auger blades but i still drive left handed. Cut 5 tendons 2 nerves and an atery and i still drive left handed. You must be a polack

Re: Who drives right handed ?? When I get in the twisty thick stuff..... I'm typically facing the transom with both hands on the tiller looking over my shoulder where I'm headed...... If it's just cruising ..... I wrap the throttle wot and steer left handed sitting down...standing I'll let the tiller torque keep the tiller against my leg driving hands free...
