Post Homemade Boat Blind
I first welded two pat eyes on each side of the motor and bought two joints of 1'' sch. 80 pipe and had them bent and then i bolted to the bow

Next i hung some old trawl webbin on the pipes and weaved a small rope through the bottom of the webbin and tied it to the corner of the bow and the corned of the stern

then i just bought some of cabelas northen flight marsh grass and just attached it to the webbin with zip ties

Looks good, pretty much exactly how people do 'em around here, simple and effective. One thing if you wanted to change anything- I've seen the bow end connected on a single bolt through both tubes, pivoting in the center. This closes the bow up a little, but you'll still need something to cover the end so it doesn't really matter which way you go.

I'd have a rig exactly like that if I could get a float blind license here in NC. There's a limited number, you gotta wait til somebody lets one go or dies basically to put in the annual drawing for one. The more I think about it, the more I see hunting here is a biatch. No shooting after 4:20, no hunting sundays, blinds are almost impossible to get. Eesh.

put a lil black and brown paint on it so it dont stick out like a yellow soap box, but that does look good and will do the job.
