Considerin makin the move to a 35GDSD. what boat would best fit that motor? Usually a 2-3 man hunting load (me-185, two buddies around 175-220)and possibly bowfish in spring and summer.. Really wantin flotation for safety reasons. Come on Giga its your turn now ![]() thanks |

I'm running my 1860 all over West Bay and upper Trinity. Very stable with the added width. I think GF has an 1854? Don't hold me to that though. I'd look at an 1854 or 1860 for a stable platform for 3 guys. |

shallowwatermaster has an 18x60 GD with a 35GDSD. If you going to bowfish get an 18x60. Mine runs about 27-28mph stock. |

Well make me a good price and I'll take that one off your hands !!! I like the 18x60 too - but it is a bit too big for my needs right now.... Plus I like being in the 30 mph club with my stock 35 GDSD motor.... |

Giga I haven't been out to Hugo, is the Trinity out of its banks over there? I know we had the extreme high tides from Ida... Might have to go explore tomorrow. I have flotation in my 1860 and the rear hunt deck that GT offers is fully filled. The two pods on either side of my rig inside the hull are filled as well as a portion of the bow. I haven't lost really any "open" space which is nice and flotation make me feel "safe" ![]() ![]() |

I have the 16-60 and i love it. I had no problems with it and its pretty sturdy with 2-3 ppl. Go-devil recently contacted me about extra flotation for the stern of the boat due to recent coast-guard testing they said it didnt have enough flotation. So they sent me out a extra flotation pod to mount right in front of the motor. |

Post subject: | Which GDSD boat for 35GDSD |
I run a GDSD 16X60 w/ stock GDSD35 had a special poling platform -with forward bar, and the extended deck and a raised casting deck- as I fly fish in SC and NC alot during the spring and summer for Redfish. For diver shooting, it would be nice to have the GDSD 18X60 or 20X60, with 24" sides, but don't think Mr. Coco will build one with higher sides than 20". |

I'm pretty sure I saw in a magazine that they had a new hull w/ a 54" bottom and 24" sides. Also a 72" bottom for twin 35s ![]() |
