Need some grab handle specs

 Need some grab handle specs Can someone help me out with some grab handle specs. I want to add a grab handle to my aucoin hull i just bought. I want to do the same as this one in the pic. I am trying to figure out what size is the OD size of the handle and what is the OD and ID of the reciever tube on the gunnel. I pland to also use this same size tube and reciever for a winch mount on the front and back as well. Thanks for the help in advance.
