i need some ideas on mounting a hand rail to a riveted jon boat and pictures would be very helpful?

i bought a piece of aluminum sheet metal, and had two pieces of tubing welded to it w/ bracing (only about 8" tall). Had some tubing bent (in an arc like all the other grab bars) and made sure it fit inside the tubing that was welded to the floor. I used self tapping screws to hold the aluminum to the boat. the bar is removable too. Hope that helps. Got pics if ya need.
