What do you like better runners or no runner on your boat? Why? |

No runners. I can tell u that my buddy has a 1448 regular ol' plain Jane john boat with a 23 lt and I have a 1660 godevil with 35 sd. Not sure of exact weights but I bet u that my boat is twice as heavy and I know mine is MUCH easier to push if off dry ground and slides easier over dry ground if tryin to drive over. If your worried about the turning get a rolled or tapered chine. |

no runners is the only way to go in my opinion. If you need runners then you DON'T need a mud motor or mud hull. |

There is a learning curve with anything new. You will figure it out. Chines can help the turning issue if you have one. Forget runners. |
