 Re: New beginnings The narrow hull has everything to do with the way it performs... less surface area trying to push the hull out, so the edges bite... I can still slide the boat without trying too hard. The length is what helps with the load carrying in this boats case. It makes up a little for the surface area that I gave up by going narrower.

Re: New beginnings Do you plan on going to the Goose Island ride July 14-16 just south of LaCrosse? I am thinking about going down just on Saturday to get a taste of this sort of thing.
