If I'm not mistaken Jess told My.Jerry "when you think it is green enough.... add more green"

Very little brown or tan where we hunt.

So far I'm pleased with it after building my blind this weekend. I need to trim it at the waterline but it looks right for the areas I hunt.

I ordered the woodlands green for Florida, hasn't shown up yet. Spoke with Jerry on the phone last week and he's about to launch a new color scheme with even more green, which should suit the needs of hunters in Florida/ far SE. He was going to send me a color sample, i will post it if/ when it comes in.

What kind of areas do you hunt. I have looked into them but I hunt salt tidal marshes and just wondering what one would look best

I used to hunt tidal marshes but now I hunt rivers and timber.

i'll take this over a rancho 100% of the time: http://www.ghilliesuits.com/ultralightg ... et5x9.aspx

ive been in both and this is significantly lighter and only holds water if you dump it in the river. rain seems to bead off. Also make a boat disappear.

Been doing some research on the shaggy blind for my 1854 gt extreme mod v and I came across this old post. Was going to ask where you guys are ordering your Cordura from? Do you guys use less than 600? Also are you guys using the shaggy or cordura to cover your motors? If so, how many feet or yards total should I order to make this thing work. Have seen some awesome looking shaggy blinds from Rancho Safari on here and was going to go that route. Seen the old blind build post that Poker1 done. Probably going to copy that like a few of you have in the past. If you have a link to the cordura I would appreciate it. looks like an olive color (maybe) that was used above ^. Thanks for any input.

Two panels will cover your boat. For my motor I just throw a camo burlap sheet over it. Didn’t care to get another expensive rancho panel for that.

I picked some up before last season. I've yet to stumble upon anything better for a pop-up blind--but mercy at all the burlap fray.
