anyone know who built this blind?

 anyone know who built this blind? I was wondering if y'all knew who built this blind? I have a few questions with the way the straps hold it up, I framed one up the same way as this one and I bought some straps and some snaps and the snaps don't seem to be strong enough to hold up the bar, the snap comes undone when I put pressure on it. Also was wondering if the straps were looped around the frame or are the loop and attached someway?? any help would be appreciated!

Re: anyone know who built this blind? I screwed my straps to the bars. Same set up, plenty strong. Use good strong buckles for the cross straps.
