DUCK BLIND MODS!
Have an avery blind on my boat. Alot of the places we hunt we are unable to wade due to no bottom, just silted in old river channels. Has anyone done any mods to their blind to make it easier for retreaving birds with the boat. Mine is undriveable with blind up in the back. What are you guys doing to help conceal you overhead? Any ideas, thoughts, & pics would be great.

Re: DUCK BLIND MODS!
Avery design is crap, IMO. Buy/build a scissor blind. Way more versatile and user-friendly for practical applications.

Re: DUCK BLIND MODS!
I have the avery quickset on mine. The easiest way I've found is to drop the rear of the blind and motor to the bird. Of course, you could always just get a dog.

Re: DUCK BLIND MODS!
I have had the same Avery for almost 10 years. I simply drop the back and roll if I think my dog will not be able to make the retrieve.
